1.Develop an audits plan to assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with selected policies, procedures and regulations.
2.Leading, managing and developing an effective audit team and resolve audit problems that occur and develop modifications to coverage and schedule.
3.Defining deadlines and ensuring a comprehensive and appropriate terms for each random and regularly review.
4.Managing and undertaking programmed audit assignments effectively and efficiently, ensuring work is produced to the required standard and deadlines.
5.Identifying key risks to business objectives, evaluating and testing controls in place and identifying areas for improvement.
6.Communicate with senior/middle managers in the planning and conduct of audit assignments discussing findings, emerging risks and actions to address identified risks.
7.Producing audit reports to meet the required standard for reporting to senior management.
8.Contributing to the development of company policies, procedures and manuals.
9.Support the outsourced service agreements, as appropriate.
10.Elicit information from knowledgeable internal/external sources about areas and functions to determine appropriate audit direction/methodology.
11.Research and keep abreast of legislative issues, new audit regulations/trends and audit methodology.
12.Developing the annual audit plan and submit to the board for review and approval.
13.Assist external auditors as appropriate.
14.Conduct periodic training workshops to promote awareness of internal controls and to discuss changes in policies that will impact the system flow of information.
15.Participate in various committees or task forces geared to policy/procedure development and operational improvements.
