Job Description - Formulating a strategic plan for developing the franchise to its full potential within 3-5 years. - Draw yearly business plans and budget with balanced emphasis on increasing revenue and reducing costs. - Plan and Supervise implementation of new out lets development. - Set marketing plans for the overall business to meet monthly and yearly targets. - Supervise commissary management and food costing. - Manage business HR issues with special emphasis on training and nationalizing 50% of payroll job positions. - Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality business
