o Managing the Finance & Account Team
o Ensuring that the General Ledger is updated and in order
o Creating high-level financial reports for Management
o Cash flow-forecasting
o Cost accounting and estimating
o Managing all import and export payments and documentation
o Managing tax file to achieve efficiency
o Holding high-level accounts receivable and collecting payment
o Managing cash at bank and overdraft facility to optimize return/minimize interest payments
o Conducting all foreign currency transactions on behalf of the company
o Undertaking high-level administrative tasks and representing the company as an external ambassador as and when necessary
