Job Description | 1-Ensures the accurate implementation of the contracts signed with service contractors such as: Transportation, cleaning, catering, buffet, gardening, uniforms, Administer and monitor the waste removal, utilities, equipment and devices maintenance, furniture maintenance and repair … etc. through monitoring and evaluating the service contractors’ supervisors to secure delivery of quality service to colleagues. 2-Supervises the fleet management and transportation of the staff in Alexandria sites by closely supervising and working with the fleet coordinator. 3-Participates in setting the administration budget for all sites to ensure that all administration items are covered in the budget. 4-Supports in Controlling the sites administration budget through reviewing and authorizing all administration related expenses and tracing actual expenses to ensure that expenses are within agreed budget. 5-Supervises the execution and implementation of administration policies and procedures (eg: cafeteria, laundry, transportation …etc) by internal and external service providers to secure equity and delivery of quality service to colleagues. 6-Controls administration supplies (buffet, stationery, medical ..etc) stocks and withdraws to ensure rational use and abidance by the agreed budget and highlights areas of savings where possible. 7-Supervises the distribution and delivery of courier service (internal/external), and photocopier center. 8-Supervises the implementation of the transportation policies through supporting the fleet administrator to ensure abidance by the policy. 9-Follow-up and Reviews the payment of periodic consumption & subscription fees to ensure timely payment. 10-Support events and visits preparations 11-Ensure that the admin attendance to the scrapping committees and ensure backup availability 12-24- Interacts with different governmental authorities such Labour office, health insurance, telecommunication authority. | ||||||||
