||Offshore Personnel Logistics Team Leader

||The OPL TL is authorised to commit the Company and carry out his duties, under the authority of the Operation Manager, within the approved budgets and for the approved requisition for purchasing;
||The role of the OPL team Leader is under broad direction, supervises the efficient, timely, accurate and cost effective delivery of an Offshore Personnel / Logistics service for area of responsibility. S/he manages the interface between the Company and other entities or projects and ensure that all the processes and the country travel, visas strategy, Navy obligation and rules are applied
Responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance of data (manual and electronic)
Manages direct reports; develops self and encourages development of others
||Ensure all crew changes are smooth and no complain from personnel. (Several movements to hotels and ports will have to be planned in Cairo, Alexandria, Port-Said and Damietta)
Develop and maintain robust personnel tracking systems for all travelers
Issue and follow up with HR department, crewing department, Projects, OR and agent the requests for personnel movements.
Follow up of BU/Cost codes done by the team. Work with project/crewing cost control to check consistency.
Manage the in country part of travel, crew change, G26 application and visas process delegated by the Operation Manager.
Ensure that group/regional or country processes are applied and follow the group/region travel policies, processes/procedures and requirements contained within the Business Management System
Implement a strategy, organisation and optimisation in collaboration with the Operation Manager and support In Country Management regarding specifics or urgent actions.
Ensure all requirements are in place for vendor payments
Get the sourcing strategy in case of local sourcing and support the regional strategy in term of local content
Perform regular audit review and report the actions
Monitoring and resolution for all the problems related to travels or for the visas
Ensure feedback performance evaluations upon completion of missions for the OPL staff.
Have regular visits to the Hotels to control the agents and be sure that their activities are in accordance of safety rules and process of the Company.
Constantly sourcing for the optimal and the most economical Personnel Logistic Support organization, to the benefit of the Company, by using existing resources when available.
Check, monitor subcontractors following the values of the group and all the process
Holds KPI on his activity + subcontractors'.
Stays informed of all changes in local laws and requirements and reports on/communicates it to the relevant stakeholders
External Interfaces: Agents suppliers, Immigration, administrative authority (police, customs), subcontractors, travel agencies, Security
Internal Interfaces: Operation Manager, Projects, others Logistic travel Department, Other Department Managers, In-Country Project Team, Security team,Crewing team, Vessel
