Job Objective To develop and implement the Company strategic marketing plan in line with the company direction and expansion plans.  To manage the marketing department operations in line with the Company strategic direction and plans.
Job Description Develops and Implements Holw ElSham annual strategic marketing plan, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategies, and obtains approval from the Commercial Director. 2. Prepares and submits the Marketing budget and operates within established budget guidelines 3. Develops and Maintains Holw ElSham corporate identity, by unifying the branding and positioning of the company’s corporate image across all departments. Monitors the adherence of company’s employees to his/her drafted corporate identity policies & procedures guidelines. 4. Analyzes competition data obtained from the sales force and uses it to identify areas for improvement, incorporating the required changed for Holw ElSham marketing programs. Ensures alignment of the necessary changes with the company’s corporate objectives. 5. Develops and continuously updates Holw ElSham Sales Kit /Brochure that help both the Sales & Export forces in their selling approach with new customers. 6. Prepares in cooperation with the Sales force, the marketing events’ plans (i.e. exhibitions) including; the design and supervision of production of communication material, monitors execution, ensuring adherence to corporate identity. 7. Develops pricing strategies and recommends appropriate sales channels to increase the profit margin and maintain product positioning. 8. Conducts market research in order to identify and meet market requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality conformance 9. Manages all aspects of production including (export brochures, print campaigns, etc.) from strategic planning to final production forms to ensure best quality and time. 10. Achieves frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available required media. 11. Monitors, measures the monthly effectiveness of all marketing programs and submits it to top management to recognize our marketing status. 12. Monitors Holw ElSham website on monthly basis to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. 13. Ensures customer awareness of all company products and services. 14. Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his /her direct report in due time. 15. Trains the new marketing staff and gives periodical feedback regularly to ensure continuous improvement and success.
