Job Objective |
Fully handle maritime accounts for foreign clients , receivers , shippers and suppliers and to settle outstanding balances .
Financial reporting to the management in order to maximize profits and minimize costs |
Job Description |
1- Prepare PDA's as per the operations department requests
2_Ensure timely and correct PDA remittance from foreign clients
3_Maintain costs for provided services
4_Calculate quotations for foreign clients
5-Follow up port and supplier invoices in time
6-Coordination with the operations department on any amended costs / extra quotations
7-Prepare and send the FDA to the foreign clients
8-Follow up and request feedback
9-Settle outstanding balances
10-Continuously follow up new and amended tariffs and dues and port rules and regulations
11-General accounting and record keeping
12-Monthly reporting and financial analysis of foreign clients and receivers / shippers accounts
13-Set up suppliers and services quotation lists |
