Job Description -To facilitate managing the daily activities of the CHAIRMAN and ensure that there is no overlapping among calendar appointments -To ensure submitting documents in an accurate and efficient fashion -To determine their significance and plan their distribution properly - To ensure that correspondence is submitted in a timely fashion - To ensure appropriate documentation to facilitate use by other staff and self - To control access to the CHAIRMAN To provide efficient and effective administrative assistance to the CHAIRMAN - To provide high quality word processing and document preparation and editing services for the CHAIRMAN - To process the CHAIRMAN’s correspondence in an accurate and efficient fashion - To ensure that there is no overlapping among calendar appointments - To obtain legal advises and follow up with pending issues
Salary From: 15000 to: 20000 - Egypt, Pound (EGP)
