| Job Description |
-Preparing the daily flash food cost.
-Preparing the monthly reconciliation and the monthly journal vouchers.
-Attend and follow up all daily receiving goods to be sure about quantity, quality as per standers deals prices, and expired dates.
-Attend the monthly inventory and preparing the monthly inventory report with full analysis showing in it any variances or discrepancies and any shortage.

- Follow up all stores balances to avoid any drops of items.
-Follow up purchase orders and all purchase requests.
-Prepare the minimum and maximum stocks.
-Preparing the daily and the monthly cost report with full analysis.
