-Direct testing and inspection activities and oversee workers who perform those functions.
-Monitor and analyze the results of tests and measurements and provide feedback to other production managers or workers.
-Confer with the firm's sales and marketing department in order to determine customer requirements and whether production processes are capable of meeting those requirements.
-Maintain critical records and documents related to quality assurance. They also design and implement procedures necessary to achieve quality results in the production processes. |
